We start from Castellania Coppi, a small hilltop village linked to Fausto Coppi, a symbol of Italian cycling. From here, we immerse ourselves in the rolling Tortona hills, crossing an agricultural landscape shaped over the centuries by viticulture.

We cycle through vineyards and small villages like Sant'Agata Fossili and Carezzano, where the pace slows and the landscape still tells the story of rural life in these hills.

Continuing towards Sarezzano and Tortona, the panorama opens up onto the Terre Derthona, home of Timorasso, one of Piedmont's most interesting white wines.

We then pass through Viguzzolo and Casalnoceto to arrive at Volpedo, an art village known for Giuseppe Pellizza da Volpedo and the celebrated Quarto Stato.

The return to Castellania offers further panoramic views of the Tortona hills, on an itinerary that combines history, art, cycling, and landscape.
